I moved here because I knew someone that lived here previously and enjoyed it and the price was right. The lease manager Mike is AWESOME! But upper management sucks- I had lots of problems when I moved in and I think it was in large part because Mike wasn't working when I moved in. While the location is great- its off the highway, but still has easy access to the highway- and a great price comparitively- and a great size for a one bedroom- but here are the downfalls so far:
PARKING SUCKS on the weekend! There are not enough spaces because visitors and residents fight for the same spaces.
ROACHES GALORE! I have serioulsy gone through several pest sprayings, cans of raid and I STILL get them several times a week. And I'm not a messy person! I've even had them in my BED while I'm sleeping!
They do have new management now (AGAIN) so maybe things will get better- or maybe the constant switching of management is a sign...we'll see how much rent goes up.

Lived here from June 2003 to October 2004 and the location is unbeatable if you can deal with roaches crawling across you when you're sitting on your own sofa (and we kept it clean)....
