No Sense of Urgency

I contacted the office a week ago concerning my lease renewal in person & by email. NO RESPONSE. I let them know I sprained my ankle & cannot leave the premises, would someone contact me either by phone or email. NO RESPONSE. Construction all around my unit has been going on for months. Every bug has re-located to my unit (I'm a clean fanatic) and flies are coming through the vents. I had to ask a subcontractor to quit hammering drywall against my dining room around 9PM on a Friday night, when I was having a dinner party. The new management team (except Mike Stokes)is basically not helpful, seems clueless and operates with NO SENSE OF URGENCY. The official response is basically "I'm sorry, but deal with it." The office staff always seems bothered and distracted. This was not my experience until Greystar took over. The referral fee is $300. I have personally discouraged two prospective residents from living here (basically giving up $600). I've lived here for 2 years, pay my rent early, am quiet and respect the property. For me, service is far more important than a "new" Gazebo out front.
