If you like roaches that you can never get rid of, illegal -------- who play music so loud that it vibrates your floors at 8 in the morning, overpriced apartments and sh**tty management, then this is the place for you. Thank God this place is finally getting new management. But, it doesn't matter for me cause I'm out of here.

I found this apt in 2 days because my other plan fell through and I had to find something cheap and afforable, so I chose this piece of crap. They went through all the motions of being super nice and showing off the nicest apartment they had. When you move in, however, it's a different story. You find out that next door, you have a family of 8 living in a 1 bedroom apartment, which is not only disgusting but a violation of the lease, I'm sure. And then, on the lower levels, you have nothing but illegal aliens. I WILL be calling Dept. Of Immigration when I leave.

The grounds suck, the residents suck. The other day I went to go check my mail and found a dead cat sticking out of the trash can. A-DEAD-CAT! Just chillin there. THis place is disgusting. I hope it gets closed down and everyone here gets sent back to where they escaped from.
