Was ok... now totally sucks

I lived there for 2 years until I bought a home when they told me my rent was would go by 300 or 400 when I renewed. The new management sucks. If you have a complaint they just seem to glaze over an not hear a thing. God forbid you ask for the number to the national office, they hand you a business card with the number for their office on it and then try to avoid giving you the national number. I have now spent 3 weeks trying to get my deposit back only to finally be told I needed to call the old management company because they had my deposit. Don't know why they couldn't have told me this the first time I got someone on the phone. (Which took me calling repeatedly and then finally giving up on phones and dropping by.) The national office (Alliance) was rather efficient in getting me the information I needed but it shouldn't take calling national to get information the leasing office could have given me weeks ago. Yes, the apartments are large and the grounds are matured but so are the apartments. I had huge problems keep ants, roaches, spiders, everything out of my apartment. If you like trashy neighbors then this place if for you. Loud talking, music, arguing, fighting... just plain crazy. At this point, I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.
