Took a Nosedive

I've been living here for over two years, and when I first moved in things were ok. Now:
There have been two murders in the past year (I had to buy a security system in order to sleep at night).
My patio chairs were stolen within two weeks of being put out.
A Dekalb County police officer confirmed that there have been numerous day time break ins in the complex that the rest of the community has not been made aware of.
The pool is disgusting, and when I called the management office, they told me that they don't keep track of that since it's a maintenance issue - since when is it not the job of the property manager to monitor that maintenance is doing it's job'
Every single piece of decent aerobic equipment in the fitness center has been broken for months, and the management team insists that they can't do anything about it b/c the owner is too cheap to give them the money to repair/replace the broken equipment.
My suggestion is pay the extra money for an apartment community that can actually live up to its promises.
