Looks good when you drive through but overpriced.

I have lived here almost 3 years with 3 different management companies. Although the current company is the best of the 3, the place has major problems. The access gates have been wide open since Christmas, even though theft is a problem and there were 2 murders committed by outsiders between March and August 2004. NOTHING works in the fitness center except the weight machines, and there are only 2 pins left for those. The Business Center is 2 empty rooms without computers, fax machine or copy machine. (It was functional when I moved in, as was the fitness center.) It took several months before anyone looked at a vent on top of our building, which was damaged by winds last fall. It was never fixed, even though at least 2 animals go under the roof area above the ceiling. Another swift wind finally blew it off. In fairness, I must say they did cover the area where the animals could gain access.
A man who lives in a very close building spends 2 hours on his porch nightly staring down at the entrance area I share with my neighbor. I have reported this activity and the fact that he walks around a room directly opposite my kitchen without clothes without pulling the blinds, but the management claims they can do nothing. I suppose I should be grateful that someone is watching the area near our entrance. It is so dark that it is difficult to see the stairs from the parking lot.
This area is considerably overbuilt with apartments. Most of the older ones are in the same price range. If all you want is a roof (') over your head and pretty flowers, this is the place for you.
