I am a current resident, the apartment were purchase by another company and now called Broadstone. They are going up on the rent $300-$400 a month, and they don??t even have ample staff members or maintenance crew for such a large complex. I have been waiting on a work order since the new people took over. It seems as if this place is going down hill fast!!!! I have enjoyed living here up until this point.
