Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I've lived here for over 2 yrs. and have seen 3 mgmt teams come and go. The new owners/mgmt team are by far the worst. I think they hired the least desirable staff they could afford. They bought this place for $73 million and claim they will pour millions into reviving the complex. Putting in a water park doesn't do ---- for me. They have a lazy maintenance staff and rude leasing agents. I called wrote the coporate office to ask why they are raising my rent by $400. Their answer' They have to get back the money they are spending to renovate. LOL..try not letting all the crackheads in Dekalb. ------- morons.
