FIRST OF ALL, 1 MONTH AFTER MY HUSBAND AND I MOVE IN THE APARTMENT COMPANY CHANGES. WE HAD NO CLUE AND OF COURSE IT REALLY SUCKS NOW. YOU HAVE TO CALL 3 TIMES TO GET THEM TO DO ANYTHING. WE HAVE HAD A FALLEN TREE SITTING OUTSIDE OUR APARTMENT FOR OVER A MONTH, WHICH WE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT NUMEROUS TIMES. THE BUGS ARE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND WE HAVE HAD THEM COME SPRAY OUR APARTMENT 4 WEEKS IN A ROW, THEY NEVER SEEM TO GO AWAY. NOW WE HAVE GROSS WHITE LITTLE WORMS THAT WRITHER AROUND THE SINK, I WANT TO PUKE. I CAN'T EAT DINNER HERE, COOK OR DO ANYTHING IN THAT GOD AWFUL KITCHEN. I HAVE NEVER LIVED ANYWHERE THIS BAD OR UNPLEASANT. OUR CARPET WAS FLOODED B/C OF OUR NEIGHBOR (SUPPOSEDLY) AND AFTER WE CALLED TWICE SOMEONE FINALLY CAME OUT AND DID HALF OF WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEY SAID THE CARPET PAD THAT GOES BENEATH THE ACTUAL CARPET WOUL DBE REPLACED W/IN A WEEK, WELL AFTER 3 CALLS AND 5 WEEKS LATER IT WAS REPLACED. THEY ARE RUDE WHEN YOU CALL AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH. THEY ARE UNFRIENDLY AND THIS SO CALLED RENOVATION, HMM...IT TOOK THEM 3 MONTHS TO REDO THE FRONT POOL. GOSH, WHEN WILL THE FINAL RENOVATION BE DONE...2010' IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DISGUSTED AND YOU WOULD ACTUALLY LIKE TO WALK AROUND YOUR HOUSE W/O SHOES ON SO YOU WON'T BE SCARED YOU STEP ON A ROACH DO NOT MOVE HERE B/C YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM NOT EXAGGERATING EITHER. ALSO, BEWARE OF NEIGHBORS WHO THROW TRASH OFF THEIR BALCONY, IT WILL END UP ON YOURS.

I'm so grateful to have read this. I lived at this property 7 years ago when it was owned by Post and it was excellent! The lease guaranteed maintenance response within 24 hours with satisfaction or rent would be prorated. The landscaping was beautiful & the staff was friendly. So naturally I thought I'll rent ther again. But thank goodness for you. I won't risk it. Thank you!!
