This property began going drastically downhill while I lived there. All of the property is suffering from poor management and a horrible maintence crew.

Asked management to repeatedly replace molding carpet but they refused. Add that on top of a serious roach infestation they were unable to deal with helped us leave fast.

Multiple shootings on site awoke me several times during the evening and I found a bullet hole in the mailbox next to mine one morning.

Roving gangs of refugees from New Orleans bring havoc with there where ever they go. The office staff under the old management was great, but the new staff (after they fired everyone) is poor (with only one left over from the former staff who is good.)

Moved out over 6 months ago and I'm still getting bills from them because of incompetence in shutting off my ulilities they were supposed to do for me. Don't consider this property, far better within two minutes. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
