i have lived here for 2 years. the new management i think are better. they have renovated and i can see that the complex is looking a lot better than when it was the gardens of dunwoody. this is a huge complex; i don't believe they can possible get to everyone as quickly as we wish. but for those who are looking at this apartment i say yes. the new management is bringing this community back up to standards. these are beautiful apartments. i have noticed them redoing a lot of painting, landscaping, etc. they have also raised the prices as well; this is an effective way to get the "ghettos" out of this property. come see for urself. this is also a great location and it's y i don't want to move.
