You know this place will get you. The beautiful landscaping and oh yeah nothing else. It's all down here from there. The trashdump every damn weekend over flows. Its nasty. I've seen rats the size of a cat coming from it at night. I've never had a problem with matainence, but those damn people in that front office will make your freakin skin crawl. They have the worst damn customer service I have ever seen. Its worse than the service you get from people who work at fast food joints that don't like their jobs. You pay all this dang money for rent and they treat you like you are some commoner requesting a visit with the King of Broadstone. We get notices of late rent after we've paid and its not even the 3rd of the month. There was a situation with our rent, mind you we've never been late with our rent in the 2 years that we lived here... My husband is a teacher and he cancelled his direct deposit from his job... We called the office to let them know. They said sure no problem. We were concerned with the late fees. They said don't worry about it we've never had a problem with your payments. Okay fine. November passes everything is great. December passes everything is great, christmas was joyful. Jan comes.. holy crap... we owe over 2000 dollars in late fees. What the hell is this we ask... oh you didn't pay late fees in november... We said what the hell' this was resolved and why the hell didn't you tell us this in NOVEMBER'''!!!!... They tell us well it was an oversight on our part, but you still have to pay the late fees or we won't accept your rent for feb... Excuse me!!!!!! I write a letter to corporate... that ----- marti doesn't even speak to us. She gets her lackey on the phone to tell us there isn't anything she can do. Fine we have no choice but to pay the late fees...!!! My husband and I paid over 1500 dollars in rent for febuary... Because of their error. KARMA IS A -----!!! We have two small children and really couldn't afford the drama... and they still treat us like ---- on their shoes.. And have the nerve to go up on rent and then they want me to sign a lease renewal... Kiss My ASS Demetrius and Vickey!!! after this lease is up me amd my family are out here. The apartment next to us has been vacant for a year... no sign of people moving in. My neighbors are leaving in June and we are leaving in July...

And they have a nerve to ask what can they do to improve service.... My mother told me to be nice... If I have nothing good to say then shut the hell up!!!!

I wouldn't paid. There is the Better Bussiness Bureau. I had a problem with an apartment community and I got my monies back by going to the BBB.

Do like I did and write them a formal letter.. send that same letter to every news press you can find.. write the AJC, Office of consumer Affairs, Attorney General's Office, BBB, Consumer @ction (they will report it to the media).. I have others as well. They lied to me and told me I was getting new carpet, which was the reason why I couldn't see the apartment. They lied!! I got some old funky carpet that smells bad, smudges on my walls and a nasty door that looks like someone pee'd on it and it dry rotted. So since I have to move in this place and they won't change the carpet, everyone will know how they lied to me and deceived me about the apartment.
