It's easier to cross all lanes of I-75 in rush hour than work with management!!!

I hate this place!!!!! I'm so glad my lease is up at the end of September!!! The day we were suppose to move in, we had a rented U-haul truck outside of our building full of our stuff. We'd been given the keys and signed a lease. When we walked in, there was still furniture and other belongings from the last tenets. The refrigerator still contained food which had spoiled due to the power being turned off by the complex. Subsequently, mold covered the inside of the refrigerator. Also, by having the power turned off no work could be done to finish remodeling and cleaning the apartment.

As such, light fixtures were hanging out of the walls and ceiling, the master bathtub was full of murky water that contained god knows what else, and the apartment was overall incredibly filthy and unlivable!!! We called the leasing office from our cell phones and asked someone to meet us at our apartment. After waiting for about 30 minutes, my roommate and I drove up to the leasing office where we were made to stand in line behind all of the prospective tenets. We finally got things settled and was given a months free rent (which we were due!!!).

The management is quite inept! Not only do they not know how to run a property, but also have no concern for dealing with issues that arise. There are still things in my apartment that are not fixed, even though we've placed multiple work order requests. The leasing office is the most unorganized group of people with which I've ever been associated. Their lack of communication with each other is appallingly obvious in their inability to address basic issues and concerns that can be found in any apartment community.

There has been an ongoing "renovation" project before I ever moved here. The renovations are very cheap and really don't look like renovations at all. Don't be fooled by the beautiful leasing office and models you will see. DEMAND to see the actual apartment you will be getting no matter what excuse they give you. DON'T sign anything until a leasing agent has walked with you to your new apartment and you've gone through and checked everything!!! JUST DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!

They built a water park for the kids, which is nice. However, the owners should have spent the money on training their employees how to do their jobs, as well as, truly renovating the complex. The state really should investigate. I'm sure they would find a number of code violations.

Oh yeah one more thing, DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!! DON'T CALL TO INQUIRE!!!!! DON'T VIEW THE PROPERTY!!!! JUST SAVE YOURSELF AND LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE (like maybe under the 14th street bridge. at least you'd be in town).

this is so true I moved out earlier this year and experienced the same while there and even when moving out. To this tenet be very detailed and make sure that someone walks through the apartment with you no matter what they say. They'll try to stick you with charges for items that they should have repaired while you were a tenant but now want you to pay for as if you're responsible. I've contacted the better business burea but I think that further action needs to be taken perhaps one of the local news teams should do an investigation. Like you said they'd find multiple violations not only with the property but with the business dealings of the front office. They owed me money when I moved out but refused to pay and then sent me a notice that I owed them money for something they didn't address when I was a tenant. I agree that I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was so glad when I left.
