Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I have lived in this community for nearly four years. I originally moved here to go to Perimeter college and the rent is so low for the area that I just stayed. Perimeter mall and all the new shopping and restaurants are like 5-8 minuntes away not to mention the convience to the interstate. Yea, it's an older property but they keep it looking so nice that it feels really luxurious. The only small maintence issues that I've had have been resolved with a call or two. No biggie. I've lived in 3 different apts here and loved everyone of them. I also referred two friends that like the community and got $400 for one and $750 for another!! THANKS YOU GUYS ROCK
