I moved into Broadstone Dunwoody about a year and half ago. I just recently heard about this website and wanted to see what others thought about where I live. I was shocked to see upset comments. When I moved in the apartment was remodeled and clean. I did have a few items in my apartment that needed repair, but that was taken care of in 48 hours. Any time I have a problem or question everyone responds quickly. This apartment community is huge so I understand if at times it might take a minute. Besides the square footage - which you can't beat - the best part about living here is how nice everyone is. Every time I have visited the front office everyone greets me by my first name as well as my child. I like living here and I refer people here all the time. I feel they have done a great job turning it around since they took over a year ago.
