When I first moved into my apartment I could not get over how low the price was for the space that I got. I Love It Here!! The office staff is friendly, the grounds look great!! I don't know what these people could be talking about. The people that have given such bad ratings, could not live in the same place as me. If they do they must owe rent, or wanted something that managment would not give to them. So for those that have given bad rating, pay your rent- and maybe you will feel the same way that I feel about my apartment. Do you really think you can get the space, for what your paying now, somewhere else, and living in a nice Dunwoody area'''' Answer is NO!!! So think about it- for those that read the bad rating go and take alook for yourself!

Whoever you are... Don't make comments about people that post their reviews about this APT Complex. I'm one of the people that said it sucked and I pay my rent religiously on time EVERY month since I have been here. So watch your mouth. Make your comments about the complex,do not insult the reviewers. If you can read as well as you write then you'll see that people do pay their rent its just the slow-to-no response from maintenance and management. Management does little to offer quality customer service. No one said anything about the price. Mind you it is unbeatable, but I pay way too much money each month and on time to be treated like I just wandered in off the street. But I guess being treated like a 2nd class citizen is something I should accept since the price is too good for the area. NOT! I work too hard for my money and deserve better.

I am currently a resident here and my family moved her from another state. I was pleased with the community when we first moved here thinking whatever problems we had, paying the rent were paying would be handled in a timely manner. We have been here for less than 6 months and this is outrageous. We have waited almost 6 months to have the repairs done and have new carpet put in since the old carpet was horrible! Then we payed our rent and because we have been in the office snapping, one of the people in the office mysteriously lost our rent. Now what kind of shyt is that....people work to dam hard for there money to just give it away like that. Thank God for receipts, because we actually got an eviction notice telling us to leave in 48 hours, now we were not going to accept this bull anymore, so we took it to the corporate office and they never did anything either. Once we threatened them with a lawsuit and got our attorney's involved, then they sent people to come and fix everything. Why should it have to go that far when you have a job to do, just like our job is to pay our rent on time, so why can't we get the same service? We are very upset about they way things are handled in that office and not to mention we have talked to several maintenance men and made work orders that some how no one knows about. I suggest that anyone that looks at these apartments, take your time in choosing what you sign, because everything that looks good is not always good for you. We have learned our lesson once again with these apartments in this area, and we are making arrangements to break our lease, and move out of here. No one deserves to be treated like that and you try to do the best you can to give your family a safe and clean environment without the drama. They need to get a whole new office staff and find people that know what there doing and can be more compassionate with the tenants of there complex. There has been more people moving out than moving in, and others around me, in the complex, agree with what I'm saying. So, beware of what you are doing and who your doing it with, when signing leases in this area!!!!! They fool you with the outside until you become a tenant and then they act as if your not here. BEWARE

I second this response!! This place was the worst apartment complex EVER! We were NEVER late on our rent and they were always messing up our account. We also had to wait for weeks to get something fixed and it only took about phone calls. Maybe it's a difference of standards that people have. I expect to be treated well when I am paying someone to do so.

Honestly, I think the person who posted this review must work here. I have lived here for almost two years and, although the size and location are great, the price is too much for the lack of maintenance. When I first moved in, I had several maintenance issues. The majority of those took several months to be taken care of and one has still not been - keep in mind that this is after almost two years and SEVERAL requests. Do you want to know how they "fixed" a light fixture that was hanging down? They used TAPE!!! I was finally able to get them to actually repair it after several more requests. The garbage overflows quite often, too. I am happy to say that I will be leaving here soon!

Whoever wrote this posting must work for the complex and want people to thinl that they are really good.. get a grip and come and see the apartment that they are renting to me. After one month of knowing that i was moving in. I have a whole in my floor and nasty carpet. Come see for yourself and don't be deceived by the model homes and what they tell you that you are going to get. Please feel free to e-mail me. I would be more than happy to show you myself.

I moved in BEFORE it became Broadstone and moved out in September of 2007. So I was there about 3 freaking years. I had ant problems the office wouldn't resolve. I wrote the area "manager" and she never wrote me back. It was funny b/c the new mgmt. company never informed the tenants that the complex was bought out. I come one day using the non-working security gate and the name had changed. Furthermore, no one informed us that there had been several break-ins at the back of the complex. I heard it from the resident that got robbed. While I was loading my truck to move there were 3 other residents doing the same thing LOL. We all laughed about. Broadstone had more people moving out than moving in. Also, what's the deal with the crappy "waterpark?" We were in the middle of a drought but they had this damn thing running non-stop. Right after they built it my water bill went up. What a shock right? Have any of you notice that their referral is now $500? There's a reason for that. They are very desperate to get people to move in. BTW, I had my car broken into 2 times. I've called the cops 5 times b/c of drug deals. I've gotten notices about 2 murders. After all this, I NEVER got back my deposit. Don't get me started on the office staff. I witnessed the Black "leasing manager" degrade an elderly resident when she wanted a decrease in rent when her lease was up. Total scumbags.

For the last reviewer, why was it important to note that the leasing manager was black? Regardless of their skin color or age the complex sucks and people dont deserve to be mistreated.
