Before I moved into this complex, I did read all of the reviews and decided I would take my chance because I wanted to stay in the same school district for my children who attend Peachtree Middle & Dunwoody Hig and more importantly they are heavily involved in the youth ministry at First Baptist Church. Before I did this review, I read the one where a resident was to move into 2373B but they had given it to someone else. I was shocked because (I was that someone else)!!! I was told a week prior to move in that the apartment had some type of damage and they could not rent it out. They gave me the Iris instead for the same price and we absolutely love it!! I am sorry for the trouble that some seem to be having. The times that I've been to the rental office, I found the staff to be friendly & professional. I have had two maintenance calls since my move in which was on the 29th of February and they answered both calls promptly, like the next day or so. I pray that I continue to have a positive experience while living here. I also love the park-like setting and all of the trees. I would recommend Broadstone to others as well.
