This place is the worst! From cockroaches, to punky groups of kids throwing glass bottles at your car as you drive by, to management not letting you know when you have a package, I would definitely not recommend this place if you are looking for a safe, famliy environment.
When I first moved in, there were several things wrong with my apartment. Wires sticking out of the walls, drawers falling out of the cabinets, the dishwasher was not attached to the cabinets and would fall out every time you opened the door, etc, etc, etc. It took management 7 months to address these issues after multiple maintenance requests. Unacceptable, especially when these things should have been resolved prior to move-in.
Overall, I have felt reasonably safe and left alone here, though recent vandalism by kids who loiter, yell things at you as you walk or drive by, and most recently, throw things at your car, has made me feel decidedly less safe.
