I wish that I had never seen this place! Nothing gets fixed after MANY requests and over a year. Kids (older, not younger) kick balls in the parking lots, hard and high into the air, and hit cars and the apartment buildings. Don't bother calling the office, though. They will tell you to call the 'courtesy officer' who will then tell you to call 911 if they cause damage. Call 911'!' SERIOUSLY'!'!'! I cannot wait to leave this place!!!

I went through the same thing after RAM left. Alliance claimed that they had higher standards for tenants but that washe away when half the place was empty. I lived here for 3 years. My car gotten broken into twice, heard gunshots every weekend, the freaking maintenace guys were BBQ'ing in my parking space when I got home one night. How messed up is that? I hate this place. I even wrote their corporate office, but they haven't replied. Let's face it...they won't. Isn't their referral fee now $500? The only places that offer that much are places that aren't doing well. BTW, who in the hell installs a waterpark during a freaking drought, AND then passes the water usage to residents. I've blogged about this place and will bad mouth it as much as I can. They even had the nerve to keep my $300 deposit. Time to file suit.
