WORST MANAGEMENT-DONT DO IT!!!!

....I mean the place looks good and its in a good location but PLEASE-
this Community has the WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Everytime you go into the office for help the staff are just walking around laughing with each other and not helping people. I went in there with a charge complaint, they kept sending me letters saying that I owed some extra money for water/sewer and God Knows what else-I know I always paid my monthly water/sewer charge of 30-50 dollars per month but they sent in a letter saying I owed $170 ''' . They kept saying they will look into it but didn't stop sending me balance notice-(Its like no one works on anything there). FYI too
The apartment has alot of ROACHES-
They do not cleann your carpet when you renew your contract
They do not follow up on ANY MAINTENANCE COMPLAINT.
CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT!

I am a current tenant of Broadstone and renewing in September. They have already offered to clean our carpet (without us asking) as well as give us $500 off the first month's rent. Maybe you should ask again about your carpet being cleaned? As far as the roaches go, we did have the same problem when we moved in, but once we signed up for the free weekly pest control the problem was resolved within a few weeks. The maintenance has never been much of a problem for us, but I will admit we have had to remind the office that we were waiting on maintenance after a few days once or twice...but no longer than that.
