ILLEGAL PIT BULL INVESTATION

I am a tenant here and I feel really violated, I pay over 1000.00 a month for rent and I am unable to walk the grounds due to vicious dogs that the complex tells me are illegal to have on site. However, they do nothing about it. They don't even care. They were nice before I moved in and now the mgmt is just ignoring my valid and pertinent concerns. I am moving soon. This property is really going down hill. It is sad but they only want the money and don't care about the tenants who abide by the laws and are good tenants. There are at least 10-15 pitbulls. It looks like a vicious dog kennel early in the morning and after sunset.

I have lived in this complex for the past several months now, and plan to release for 16 months come September. I spend a lot of time outside with my 1 year old son (am a stay at home mother) and must say that I have NEVER felt unsafe any of those times, day or night. I will admit, I have seen a couple of pit bulls, but they have always been with an owner, leased, and never once seemed vicious. The complex may not allow pit bulls, but they also cannot help if someone is breaking the rules by lying about their pet situation. I suggest that next time you see one of these vicious dogs, you follow the animal and find out which apartment is housing it, and then report the apartment number to the front office and see then, if they do anything.

I think your an idiot. Know your breeds before you go and complain. Plus I have walked up to some of these dogs myself and not one of them has been vicious. I wish you would move some where else, maybe outside the state of georgia. For the most part, this apartment complex is good for the money and has a wonderful location. The front office staff will always assist you, as long as you ask.
