The day before I was scheduled to move in I received a call telling me I couldn't move in. After I drove to the complex and told them I had to move in. They revealed that there was a roach problem. They called a company to treat the apartment. I was told it would be ready for me to move in the next day. I moved in the apartment and you have never seen roaches like this. The later it turned the more roaches came out. Of course, I'm beyond mad. My family and I get into a big fight with the management. They call the police on us. The officer said there was nothing he could do and he understood why we were upset.

Miraculously, an apartment comes open after they said they didn't have an apartment for us to move in. We have to move our stuff again. They decided to give me a discount on my next month rent. Well, the discount didn't cover all of the fees I incurred to move for the second time. I told the manager about the additional fees and they said it wasn't their problem they did all they could do. I asked for a regional supervisor number and I was given a number that sends me to voice mail every time. I go online and found the correct number myself. The supervisor never calls back. Instead, she calls the manager who calls me. I call her again. She repeats the same action.

Be prepared to put in several service request and wait for several weeks or months. I've had things go wrong in 2007 and they still aren't completely fixed now. I thought the new management would help, but they are just as bad. STAY AWAY!!! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
