It is getting pretty rowdy

I will agree with everyone that the leasing office have many issues they need to address. I had the hardest time getting into my apartment and have a hard time getting maintenance to come out in a timely fashion. In fairness to maintenance, they have kept in contact with me, I think the communication breakdown is with the leasing office not getting the messages and requests out.
My issues are with the ill-mannered youths, who have increased in the last few months. I cannot sit with my family at the pool without rowdy unsupervised teenagers cursing, screaming, harassing rent paying adults, and just acting a fool. The teenagers are also walking in the middle of the road and will not move. I do not have the problem with bugs, but my apartment appliances need some updating.
I am in a quiet section so my overall quality of living is good and I have an attached garage so parking is not a problem.
If you are going to move in, make sure you view the apartment you are moving into, allow ample time for them to get it ready (just prepare yourself that it could possibly not be move-in ready at a quick date), keep copies of your lease and a paper/electronic trail of all communication with leasing/maintenance, come by at night, or on weekends in the section where your apartment is located to see how much activity is going on, because some sections are have high activity, but others feel like you are in the woods and most of all, if you are having issues, call corporate, email corporate, send them a certified letter, demand that they listen to your concerns, it has worked for me when I had an issue.

I think this is a very fair review. The children unsupervised at the pool are being more of an issue, but I am sure school starting in a few weeks will stop that from getting out of control. I have noticed a police officer stopping in and talking to them twice, most likely concerning their behavior, so there must be other residents with the same concern. I give you a thumbs up.

I finally gave up on this place. I visited this property 3 times, and they kept showing me the model. I was ready to give them a deposit, and they had vacancies in the floor plan I wanted. But when I asked to see the unit I would be renting, I was told that would be "difficult." I worked with 4 different leasing people there and got the run-around from all of them. I don't know what they're trying to hide, but I don't want to live in a place where you can only get a response if you write the corporate office.
