I'm thinking of moving here and wanted to know where are the problem buildings that are roach motels, areas of the neighborhood that I need to stay away from as I need to know ASAP. All comments are greatly appreciated.

I had a roach problem when I first moved in, but they remedied it fairly quickly and professionally. I think the reason it was so bad was due to the four vacant apartments around ours. They even replaced our refrigerator because I would not have it. Those units are few that I know of, and overall the apartments are great for the money and you can even have all new black appliances. It's a good move....even if you have to deal with a few issues at first. Just stay on them in the front office because they deal with SOOO many many units everyday that they need the reminders. (Even though I wish they didn't.) If you have anymore questions! I can answer them! It really is a great place to live. Quiet, safe seeming, and fun things to do (more so in the summer though, obviously with the pools and water park...) I have a small child and am happy here.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. It is rat and cat infested. I once saw a rat jump on a little kid that was at the pool has the kid was eatting in the chair. The management is bad and they always have new people in the office because they can not keep anyone..I once called the regional to speak to her about the bugs in my place and she told me to buy a can of Raid

Have roches and many bugs in the kitchen and other area. Our building seems old cuz we hear "old-building noises" day and night from ceiling when people upstairs have a move. I had a written notice submitted for a fix at my unit and they made an a appointment with me but turn out NO SHOW! Serious noise pollution from neighbor live above my unit.

As long as you do not mind water damage, mold, rude management and pure filth, then go ahead and move in. My apartment had mold spores growing in it and management told me I had to stay or be sued. Looks are very deceiving...beware of this place!
