I recently moved out of the majestic Broadstone at Dunwoody apartment community after getting robbed. I don't want to be too negative, though, so I thought I'd put together a list of reasons that you should consider Broadstone at Dunwoody as you and your family's next residence.
Do you hate your possessions' Move to Broadstone. Someone will break in and relieve you of them.
Do you enjoy hearing loud, violent arguments from your neighbors' Move to Broadstone. You might even get to see your building on the news, and who doesn't love the chance to be on TV'
Do you like the rotting stench of mold and mildew' Move to Broadstone. Start the new year with a ravaging case of Legionnaire's Disease.
Are you a fan of waiting months for simple repairs' Move to Broadstone. You don't need that beautiful 1982 Hotpoint range that came with your apartment to work - you're a lousy cook anyways.
Do you hate moving into a clean, well-prepared apartment' Move to Broadstone. We guarantee that you'll find filthy bathrooms, ruined carpets, and maybe even some spoiled food in the refrigerator from the previous tenants. Hey, don't complain, the lumps in that milk are considered prizes!
Do you love water damage' Move to Broadstone. Every time the 300-pound Women's Wrestling Champ above you decides to shower (which, if the smell is any indication, is about once every nine days), your hallway will get a shower too!
And finally, do you enjoy dealing with people whose ineptitude is exceeded only by their rudeness' Move to Broadstone. Every call to the front office will remind you that you haven't made your donation to Jerry's Kids yet this year. If you're really lucky you won't get hung up on!

I have to agree about the smell. I lived there from Sept 05 until Feb 08. These apartments are old. There are so many of them (870 apts)and they had so many different mangement companies, I am sure many of the apts are miss maintained! My sister used to HATE to visit me because she said it smelled really bad--- like mold and oldness (Gross)!!!! Now I am enjoying my brand new apartment home...
