Okay so I have known many whom have lived in the Broadstone property. Most have enjoyed living there and about two have not. One of which, had my sister (who works w/corporate property management elsewhere) write a letter of recommendation to break the lease, simply because my friend who lived on the property at the time felt threatened for her life. There was a couple shootings, she would have "peeping toms", and overall just did not feel safe even to go out to her car at night. Since all of that, apparently the property is under new management and supposed to have been cleaning or attempting to clean up the property out' I want to know if this is true or not, and if there have been any "gang" sightings (as there used to be full of on this property).. all and all if the property really has been cleaned up' Just curious...
