Gables Walk apartments are not worth the price you will pay.

During our 18 months stay we had several major maintence issues:

1. The toilet flooded from the apt above us and flooded the hallway with a yellowish substance. Carpet had to be reinstalled which took 2 weeks.
2. The air conditioner leaked while I was out of town and mold started forming on the inside wall on the master bedroom closet. This took 4 weeks and several calls to repair.
3. In the master bath, the apartment above was leaking which formed a black circle of mold of the ceiling which was never properly removed by maintenance.
4. The train goes right behin the apts and you have to pay a premium to not be near it.
5. Limited parking is available near each building.
6. The machines in the fitness ctr are not always working and the weight machines are defintely not safe to use. Join a health club.
7. Management does not pick up dog residue and it is all over the grass throughout the entire complex.
8. Several break ins have occured there as well as a peeping tom incident.
