The bulleted points made by this person were very accurate. I agree with all of them, so I will not reiterate, but there are other additional issues. The apartments are very nice, but overpriced. The facilities are poorly maintained (the gym) and also the car washes. The water at the car wash posts were never on. Management cited city water restrictions, but I just went to the apartments around the corner to wash my car. The peeping Tom incident may have occured because the security gates never work, but when they do, they take 10 minutes to get through.
