Many reviewers have detailed some of the problems so well, I don't need to parrot what they wrote.

HOWEVER, be prepared for HORRIFFIC personnel experiences if you move here. At move in, the staff was terrific. I really liked everyone, and they did a thorough, good job. I guess they got promoted and the bottom of the barrel became employed here.

Some of the leasing agents are just plain dumb. Not to be mean, but they are like the bimbo girls in high school that have the memory retention of a fruit fly.

If you take issue with the management, you will be harassed with bogus notices, threats of (unenforceable) fines, and they will be downright rude to your face.

- Poison is put down to kill the MANY rats, especially in the buildings near the dumpster, but no one picks up the dead rat bodies unless you call. It could be laying there in plain site, but you have to ASK them, or the lazy folks just won't clean it up.

- There are dog droppings everywhere, but no maintenance or yard personnel clean it. It's ghastly.

- In less than a year, the carpets were all coming up at the seams. It has yet to be repaired despite my repeated requests.

- There have been emergencies including a fire and flooding, but they won't tell residents what happened, and no courtesy employee is available off-hours if there is a problem. No management person is reachable by the Fire Dept to get the sprinkler codes, so units got flooded since the Fire Dept couldn't shut off the sprinkers throughout an entire bldg.

It's the least professionally run complex by a major commercial agency I have ever seen or delt with. I sure wish I had stayed with Post!
