It's a nice place and so are the residents. New management!

Thankfully, there is new management. Don't rent if there are kids above. The noise is loud through the celings. I am furthest from the train, and it is still pretty loud. Can't complain about ANYTHING else!

Don't worry you think the kids are bad try the younger crowd below the age of 30 they are worst than the kids you can hear any and everything they are doing. Prior to the new resisdence above they were loud and the current ones are worst. The new management are worst than the last. At least the last team did respond in a timely manner.
