- Incompetent, rude management who are never in the office when they should be
- Management has changed 4 times in 1 1/2 yrs. Now apprently the name has changed to Broadstone at Vinings - don't be fooled by their alias.
- Apartments are cheap and dark. Train comes every hour and shakes the apartment.
Don't make the mistake of living here.

It appears as if someone did not get their way with the new management. That could be the only reason I could see anyone putting them down, or the community for that matter! THEY NEED TO MOVE OUT IF THEY ARE THAT UNHAPPY!!!!!!!!!

It is true that management has been a bit tempremental in the last one and a half years. Sometimes you are really luck to even get someone to answer the phone, let alone actually respond to your message. But generally when I have gotten through to them, they have been pleasant and pretty much helpful... All in all, not a bad place to live.

I agree. the managment is horrible! They are always closed in the middle of the day and no one answers they phone.
