Was there for 2 years, there was management change and a name change -- old management was better - also the rent increases were more accaptable than what the new management is asking. Apt finishes/appliances were fine (loved the garden tub), although near the end of the 2 years I was having trouble with the dishwasher and maintenance could just not get it fixed. Nice apartment (sunny, good location, etc), but NOISY inconsiderate neighbours. Reported them many times to leasing, but I don't think they care since nothing changed. On top we could hear residents walking up and down all the time (even though there were not 'heavy')and next door we had marathon love makers, who would get it on anytime of day/night/morning. Could hear them at it for 4-6 hrs at a time for at least 4 days a week (moaning girl and squeeking bed - the whole time), through the thin walls. I was in building 8, but could still hear the train. It all depends on the neighbors that you end up with and if they care about the next person around them or not. If they ever do care, the complex will definetly be a 'yes'. Also, the vehicle entrance gate needs to be fixed once and for all.
