We lived here for two years and saw alot of Management changes. They lied to us from the beginning (No, the train does NOT stop from 10pm-5am, but continues seemingly randomly throughout the night) but we figured we'd get used to the train. We did, but only after losing countless hours of sleep and frustration.
The maintenance crew was good, though they needed more help to handle all the resident's issues. The woman who has been there a long time was the best.

We also had the same issue as the last reviewer, which is awful to say - Broadstone sent us to Collections for bill we didn't even know we had! I'm not sure if that is b/c the Management is that stupid and doesn't know they could just send us a letter to our address at Broadstone & it would forward to new address, or if they're just lazy. Probably both. I did not appreciate the collections letter as I've always been diligent about my bills & credit. Poor management and even worse at retention.

Also, my car was attempted to be broken into twice while we lived here, Management did NOTHING to alert other residents or increase security. Thankfully my alarm or something else scared them off, but I had to pay for the damage the thieves did.
