We are about to move out. We chose to live here because we love the area, but soon after we moved in a few problems occurred.
1. Cockroaches -- sprayed, but didn't fix the problem completely.
2. The trash dump was disGUSTING at one point. We would drive up the hill to drop off our garbage and it would be piled up like an actual city dump. The smell was just horrid and I feel bad for those people who's apartments were right by the trash dump. Since then the problem has been taken care of, but we notice that some residents just don't have any decency and just leave their trash bags BESIDE the compactor instead of just throwing it in.
3. Thin walls. Upstairs, next door, everything. We can hear it all!
4. Pool is like Spring Break. Well...this might be a bonus for some people but if you're like me, and just want to relax by the pool in the summer, forget it! College kids take over, throw parties and yes, you will get hit on. Fun for some, but not for us.
5. We never received a gate control though we were promised one, and EVERYONE knows the gate code to get in! Some security!

All in all, it was not so bad, but we are happy to be leaving. The location is great, price is reasonable, but we really think there are better places to be found.
