I am a current tenant at Brookstone and have been here for roughly 8 months now. Even though I can write an essay about my stay here, I will try to keep it brief and informative. The physical property is decent, with the exception of a few bug problems. However, I am the type of consumer that is drawn to customer service. Brookstone is NOT the place to accomodate or appease people with requests or complaints. For instance, when I first moved in, the "alarm" that came with the apartment kept beeping, but no one came to fix it. This was 8 months ago, and it is still not fixed. My bathroom ceiling was leaking, and the maintenance guy repaired it, but the ceiling paint has not been fixed. Lately, my toilet has been leaking, and I have called continuously for 3 weeks, but no one has came to look at it. I spoke with someone today, and she said they don't have a key to my apartment. How can an apartment complex not have the key to their own apartments'! Furthermore, it is almost July, and the pool is still not opened! It's 90 degrees outside! Also, I receive a letter every month or every other month informing me of someone's vehicle getting broken into...Considering the gate was broken for the longest time, this comes as no surprise.

You can come and try to visit Brookstone, but keep in mind who you are dealing with ... salespeople! I personally haven't seen the guy who convinced me to stay here; he got fired right after I moved in! Lastly, I just want to wish you the best of luck in searching for an apartment, but I sincerely, sincerely, hope that you do NOT move here.
