Brookwood Valley Apartment staff has horrible customer service, old and deteriorating apartments, and a rising crime rate. The other morning I was awakened by a woman screaming call 911. After calling 911, I drove to work to see three police cars in front of the next building. When I inquired, the office management claims that they didn't hear anything about it and that the police hadn't reported anything... what a joke. Not only do I find strange bugs, and various pieces of my apartment crumbling or peeking out from the quick fixes that made it look more appealing when I signed the lease, but I do not feel safe here.
