maintanence is excellent and thorough.
rent is a bit high (I found a place a little further away for the same size and $150 cheaper).
neightborhood is quiet and peaceful for the most part, though there were a few notices about attempted break-ins. there is an automated security for each apt. and the gate (though often it is broken).
apartments are clean.
fitness center isn't much, but pool is good.
