the complex is ok. very small for the amount of money. roaches a problem and have occasionally seen HUGE rats in parking lot at night. management great! however, complexes old and have a lot of problems with them. basically falling apart slowly. very convienient to the city and neighbors pleasant and nice. very quiet for location.
