It's cute and clean. The price is awesome. The people in the office are nice. But the best thing is the people that live here. They are respectful professional people and great neighbors. Like me, most could afford a newer place but prefer the peace and quite and the excellent location. Working at Piedmont Hospital and walking to work everyday is great,too.
