I've lived at Brookwood Valley for almost a year, and my lease ends in June. This place is a maintenance nightmare where if a service request is submitted, maintenance may not respond for weeks.

Here are a list of problems I encountered since staying at this "luxurious" complex:
(1) Hot and cold water hoses where switched in the dishwasher. Hence, the dishwasher was washing dishes in cold water. It took maintenance a month to figure this out
(2) Hot water heater would only produce hot water for a limited period of time before turning cold. This was a real challenge in the winter
(3) Maintenance staff as well as leasing staff had HIGH turnover. In fact, a property manager just quit on the spot
(4) The so-called "security" gate never worked. I can count on one hand the many times I have had to use my passcard
(5) Loud music among neighbors on weekends. No enforcement of peace from security officer
(6) Most ofthe people here are not friendly
(7) No double deadbolts on doors
(8) Larceny is a huge problem with items stolen from cars

I cannot wait to move. Even though this location advertises low rent, I have learned that you get what you pay for. Low rent typically means low service and no security.

I do not recommend moving here.
