I lived in Grand River for 2 years. I have never EVER seen a management team that was this unorganized. I never new who was what in the front office and when the sales guys were found in the model apartment smoking crack I said "Forget it". Honestly they have NO idea and the building is crumbling. All the other reviews that talked about flooding, no air for days on end...well they are right. Have fun with the biggest ---- roaches you have ever seen. My apartment was infested with them. Also, I knew of several; car break ins and one stick up robbery to a friend of mine. Does the gate work yet'
