I have been here for almost 1 year and the renovations have yet to stop. Unless you like to be constantly waken up by people doing renovations first thing in the morning I would not move in. I moved in when renovations were going on and leasing agent said they were close to finish. that was true, but she failed to mention that next they would be doing the plumbing. My water has been shut off several times with no warning. Besides the renovations safety is a issue. The gates to the apartment never work and cars get broken into. Even though the location is good the constant repairs on peachtree st. is making it very difficult to get around.
