I've lived here since May 2005.
Pros: very quiet community...when I shut my door and windows, I can't hear anything outside. Decent price for the apartment/location. Attractive community.
Cons: incompetent leasing office. extremely poor management. slow (but friendly) maintenance. no security...front gate works now but back gate still remains open 24/7. ugly view from windows...invest in attractive curtains.
Community renovations still continue, however plumbing project has finished, paving project is halfway through, and well...one gate works now.
