I've been a resident for several years. Within the last year the customer service level of the community has deminished. There have been several break ins. Last year the community did renovations. The cost was passed on to the residents with increases in rent & trash disposal charges. Parking is scarce. The units are older and they charge the same rate as newly built communities that have more amenities. The gate to enter the community is aways broken. I could go on and on with reasons not to move here. I'm definitely moving when my lease is up. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
