This is an absolutely horrid complex. When you drive in, you are first greeted by the security gates that haven't worked in the eight months I've been here.

The walls are paper thin and if you place a drink on a table, you can actually see the vibrations when someone walks around in your apartment!

The newest tenants of the complex are perfect if you like feeling unsafe. Just a few months ago we got a "memo" from the front office telling us that three cars had been broken into.

Brookwood Valley: Perfect for criminals; Horrible for everyone else.

Don't be fooled. There is a reason this complex has such a low rating on this website. Avoid at all costs.
