This place is not worth the price. I was in a rush to find a place and ended up here. The heat does not work if it is cold outside. It blows out cold air and leaves you very uncomfortable on those chilly Atlanta nights. The gate is finally "fixed" but is slow and they only gate one entrance. All you have to do is drive to the other side and get in if the gate is locked; making the whole gate system pointless. The workout room consists of a treadmill and one other machine. The internet lounge has one broken computer in it. Parking can be a pain if you come home late. My friend just moved here and had a little more time to look around. He found a 1 bedroom in Buckhead (more north towards lennox mall) he pays 850 a month, his apt is spotless with brand new everything, the complex includes a huge pool and deck, a workout room with flat screen tv's above every machine, a huge park with jogging trails, and private underground parking. His place looks like luxury compared to mine and he pays only 50 dollars more a month. Spend some time looking, don't make the same mistake I did and get stuck at Brookwood Valley for a year.
