I havent moved out yet but ive been living here for almost a yr and have had no real issues. Maintenance and management are very friendly and usually respond to things in a timely fashion. There are some weird bugs and spiders every now and then and we did have an ant problem but this is typical apartment stuff. But you cant beat the location for the price. We live in the middle of the hearts of peachtree.. downtown to the left and lenox to the right. We can truly get anywhere worth going within 10 mins. Overall it has been a pleasurable year however I am moving away to get more space...
