WHEN I FIRST CAME TO VIEW THE APARTMENTS EVERYTHING WAS FINE... WELL UNTIL I SIGNED MY LEASE AND IT TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE FROM HELL. EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED AND THEN MANAGEMENT HAS THE NERVE TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE WITH ME LIKE ITS MY FAULT. CRAZY. BUT MAINTENANCE IS NOT WHAT IT SHOULD BE AND MANAGEMENT...OMG...NEED NEW MANAGEMENT MAYBE SOMEONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. DID THEY CHECK THESE PEOPLES BACKGROUNDS BEFORE THEY BROUGHT THEM IN. DONT THINK SO. BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVE OVER HERE AND WHATS CRAZY IS WHEN I CAME TO LOOK AT THE APARTMENTS I NOTICED THAT THERE WASNT MANY OCCUPANTS CARS IN THE PARKING LOT BUT I FIGURED U KNOW MAYBE THE RENT WAS TO HIGH FOR SOME PEOPLE IN THIS AREA UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO MOVE IN TO FIND OUT WHY THEY DIDNT HAVE MANY OCCUPANTS. I PLAN ON STAYING THE REST OF MY LEASE AND THEN IM GONE.....FAST......AS FAST AS I CAN POSSIBLY LEAVE. IF I HAD THE TIME TO STAND IN FRONT OF THESE APARTMENTS AND TELL EVERYONE WHO CAME TO LOOK AT THEM NOT TO MOVE HERE I WOULD. KEEP DRIVING AND DRIVE AS FAST AS YOU CAN.........

Yeah What about the ROACHES!!! Don't forget about the ROACHES!!!! Someboby please write about the ROACHES!!! AND as much money we spend to keep the nasty bastards at bay, IF your neighbors are not let's say "NOT CLEAN" who pays for that? I dont recall being told that there IS a problem with ROACHES. Can you imagine getting up 3am and going to the nursery and finding your child has uninvited guests in their crib YUCK!!
