| Positives: -close to necessities (Kroger, etc.) - relatively safe (a few minor break-ins, but nothing persistent or major) -it's very diverse -apartment itself is pretty spacious for the price -really nice pool area, with a small waterfall, beach volleyball court, and party area -maintenance is EXCELLENT ... more | ||||||||||||
