Very good location, modern amenities, the apartment is spacious and nice, but the lack of balcony makes it look like a "well"
The apartment complex is a little ill planned, the security gate is so poorly designed, and one has to almost take an 'L' shaped turn to reach the security gate.
Most neighbors are a little snobbish and cold.
Rent's a little expensive by Atlanta's standards, but it's worth it, if you want to live in the heart of the city and still be minutes from shopping/freeway
